I’ve been doing more work with families recently, and totally love it. The opportunities I’ve had to travel in recent years has also shown me that it doesn’t matter how different circumstances can be, family is family. I was reminded of this over the weekend as I was trawling through some of the images I have captured while visiting other countries and spending time among other cultures. The below images were taken in Indonesia of a family that lived alongside railway tracks that run through the provincial capital of West Java. I was simply passing by and they were happy to volunteer for an impromptu family picture outside their home that lay just a matter of feet from the edge of the iron tracks.
